Rental Rates

The rental rates below include set-up only, and up to 6 hours of usage time (8 hours for conferences).

Multiple area shows will be discounted 25% for each consecutive show.

20% off meal cost will reduce rental fees. Must have over 100 persons.
For the Area, Half of Arena, Indiana Hall with Extensions, and Arena and Indiana Hall combination, rental cost will be either 12% of ticket sales or the actual rental cost, whichever is greatest. 

Set-Up

  • Skirted head table with seating for up to twelve (12) or one (1) stage (20' x 8' H, 2' H or 5' D)

  • Two (2) skirted registration tables

  • 72' round banquet tables and chairs for number of guests confirmed

  • One (1) microphone and podium

  • One (1) 18"x18" dance floor

  • SETUP MUST BE PRE-APPROVED! Additional charges may be incurred for changes after approval

 

Banquets and Receptions

  • White linen tablecloths, white napkins, china, silverware, and food service personnel (1 per 40 confirmed guests).

  • If host selects buffet style meal, setup includes skirted buffet station.

  • Wedding Receptions

  • The same set-up is available for Weddings, as for Banquets, but includes: skirted gift table and skirted cake table. Additional charges apply for DJ table, champagne table and registration table.

  • Seminars

  • Linen for tables.

  • Water pitchers with iced water, and disposable cups.
